SICK POLICY
If you are sick, please do not come to your appointment and let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly reschedule you to get in as soon as possible after you are better. There is no cancellation fee due to illness.
Our stylists reserve the right to refuse any service due to illness. If they feel you are too ill to receive a service, they will kindly ask you to leave and 100% of your service cost will still be charged to your card on file.
If you are sick or exposed to an illness that may be spread to your stylist, please make an informed decision before coming to your appointment. We encourage you to call us and talk to your stylist ASAP when you’re feeling ill so they can advise you on what to do. All of our stylists are self employed booth rental stylists. Meaning that if they can’t work due to illness, they don’t get paid. Along with having to work even harder when they come back to fit all their missed clients in. Please consider how valuable lost time is to our stylists before coming to your appointment sick.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important, it is reserved especially for you! We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

If you fail to let us know you will not be coming to your appointment your appointment is considered a “NO CALL, NO SHOW.” You will be charged for 100% of the service that you scheduled. Please be respectful of your stylists time. When they don’t have time to fill your spot, they do not make money.
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. Please contact the salon ahead of time if you are going to be late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be considered a “NO CALL, NO SHOW.” The stylist is permitted to charge your card 100% of the service and refuse your service depending on how it will affect their schedule. Please communicate accordingly.
